Visions by Vena – Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your support and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


🔁 Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • After 7 days, all sales are final.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition (free of stains, makeup, odors, pet hair, or damage)

  • With all original tags attached

  • Not marked as final sale or purchased using discount codes or during bundle promotions

Please Note:
Bodysuits, accessories, and all discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@visionsbyvena.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.


💳 Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit via an electronic gift card.

  • No refunds to the original payment method.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us at support@visionsbyvena.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will prioritize resolving it promptly.
