All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new drops), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

📦 Shipping Time

Once processed, orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days (Standard Shipping).
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

🌍 Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. Shipping: $7.99
Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $95

We currently only ship within the United States.

🧾 Order Issues

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

Please wait 24 hours and check with your neighbors or local post office.
Then email us at support@visionsbyvena.com with your order number so we can help.
